  There are so many things to say about this game! First off, you need at least 3 players or it won't work, and it has cards for up to 10 people but you could expand it to a couple more without much trouble by making up more cards as 'identity' cards. The game cards have generally insulting things on them, and each person takes a turn reading the card and choosing which other player is best described by the card; the other players then have to guess who the card reader thinks the card applies to. So you really have to know each person well enough to guess who they think would be described by the card. It's definitely a game for close friends and not as an ice breaker or people who don't know each other well. A lot of shared history and inside jokes is what really makes this game fun. You are also going to need people who are not easily offended and who can laugh at themselves, because these cards can be very brutal and insulting, they are not kidding about this being a game for bad people. The NSFW expansion pack didn't seem to expand that much on the general cards that came with the base pack, but they are more descriptive of dirtier topics and add more play time. There are several 'blank' cards that call on the card reader to make something up on the spot, which we removed. You can always alter the play, for one set of friends we all voted for who we thought the card described instead of what the person reading the card thought, and that made for a very fun time. You can also come up with punishments for those who don't want to vote on a round or for skipping the card they pull from the deck. So there are a lot of ways to play and enjoy this game, but I will say again that the absolute most important part is to have a group of people who do not take things personally and can take gross or insulting jokes with a sense of humor. If you have the right group, I definitely recommend this game for a fun night of laughs!
