Pros: Very slim. Looks stylish. No huge ugly condenser unit outside, just two neat outlet grills. The unit works very well and is reasonably quiet. The installation instructions are very precise with an accurate mounting template which makes installation pretty easy. Cons: The instructions to programme and operate the unit are very poor and is pretty much trial and error. If this was improved I would have marked a 10 overall.
